QUANTITATIVE TRANSFER FEEDER FOR SUPPLYING INCINERATED MATERIAL AGITATED WITH CHEMICAL TO PRESS MOLDER ON PRODUCING BRICK

PURPOSE: A quantitative transfer feeder is provided to quantitatively supply an incinerated material agitated with a chemical to a press molder for producing bricks. CONSTITUTION: A motor is rotated and a material agitated with an incinerated material and a chemical is transferred in a shaft direction by a screw shaft and supplied to a measuring container(23) through an exit. The agitated material in the measuring container reaches the weight of a brick and a scale senses the weight and outputs a signal. A controller stops the motor of a screw transferring device(20) and operates an actuator at the same time with the signal. An operating bar draws the measuring container by the actuator and the measuring container falls down to pour the agitated material down.
