PURPOSE: A production method of surface heat treatment of metal goods is provided to prevent a tooth from being broken even if strongly fastened or twisted by specifically treating only the surface of the metal goods with heat in a moment. CONSTITUTION: A gear wheel of a reverse trapezoid shape is operated by operating a crank device. A holder of a copper basket for heat treatment is moved right and left. A raw metal goods in the copper basket is touched into a heat treatment equipment(1) installed in a sodium chloride solution(5) within a plastic square water tank. Only a surface of the metal goods is treated with heat by the current reaction of a calorifacient catalyzer and an electrode in a moment. At the same time, the surface is cooled so that the metal goods having high intensity is produced.
