PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmitter, a receiver and a transmission system capable of preventing generation of decoding error while reducing delay time in decoding processing.SOLUTION: The transmitter in an embodiment, includes: a serial conversion processing section; an encoding section; and a transmission section. The serial conversion processing section performs a series of serialization processing in which each of input signals including two or more radio signals is divided into predetermined units, and combines the divided signals to convert the same into a single serialized signal. The encoding section performs a series of encoding processing on the serialized signal to generate a compression signal. The transmission section transmits the compression signal to a receiver which has a first buffer.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
