<p>An optical arrangement for imaging a relatively small or slit-like surface is disclosed which includes a concave mirror or a concave grating. Astigmatism is corrected for the concave mirror or concave grating by mounting a slab waveguide at the surface which is to be imaged or at the image which is formed.</p> |
