PURPOSE:To obtain a dwelling house, without generating any dewing, house tick or mildew and reduced in humidity, by a method wherein three-layered spaces, consisting of an underfloor receiving space, an overfloor living space and the ceiling plenum, are ventilated efficiently and naturally, in an apartment house equipped with reversed beam floor slub. CONSTITUTION:In an apartment house equipped with a floor slub 1 of reversed beam structure, an underfloor receiving space 14 is formed below a floor plate 13 on reversed beams 9, 10, an overfloor living space 17 is formed on the floor board 13 and the ceiling plenum 18 is formed on the living space 17. These three layered spaces 14, 17, 18 communicate with each other and natural ventilating ports 20, 23 are opened in the underfoor receiving space 14 to ventilate the underfloor receiving space 14 and the overfloor living space 17 efficiently and naturally and ventilate also the ceiling plenum naturally. |
