<p>A magnetic fluid display panel includes a front plate 10 and a rear plate 20, separated from each other by a predetermined distance, a plurality of linear first electrodes 21 arranged in strips on an inner surface of the rear plate 20 in a first direction, a plurality of second electrodes 22 arranged in strips in a direction perpendicular to the first electrodes 21 and electrically insulated from the first electrodes 21, pixel electrodes 24 of a predetermined pattern formed between intersecting points of the first electrodes 21 and the second electrodes 22, having light transmission areas 31 through which light can pass, and electrically connected to adjacent first and second electrodes 21, 22 for forming a magnetic field around the pixel electrodes 24, and magnetic fluid 30 on the inner surface of the rear plate 20 in the vicinity of the pixel electrodes 24. Such display panels may be easily manufactured, thus saving manufacturing costs.
