PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a print PET film laminated steel sheet to be used as a substitute material of a vinyl chloride-clad steel sheet. SOLUTION: This print design steel sheet is obtained by laminating a primer layer mixed with rustproof pigment on a surface of the sheet, then providing a colored resin layer, and then laminating print polyethylene terephthalate film provided with a printing ink layer and adhesive material layer so that the adhesive layer is brought into contact with a colored resin layer. A molecular weight of the adhesive is 5000 or more, and a melt viscosity of the adhesive at the sheet temperature at the time of laminating is regulated to 500 to 5000 cPs. Accordingly, flame retardance corresponding to that of incombustible material is satisfied, and excellent design properties, corrosion resistance and water resistance are exhibited without film release. |
