PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a more highly accurate address calibration method. SOLUTION: A predetermined display pattern is displayed on an LCD panel (step S10). An image of the display pattern of the LCD panel formed on an image pickup face of a CCD camera is taken by n×m shots with a pixel shift in an X and a Y directions via a predetermined distance (step S11). A plurality of the pickup images taken by the n×m shots are synthesized, and an address at the synthesized image corresponding to each display pixel of the flat panel is obtained (step S12). The address is converted to an address corresponding into an image taken at a display test (step S13).
