A rotary volume dosing valve supplies a viscous medium esp. lubrication grease to a 360 degree circular surface, in drill holes or round components. The valve has a case (1) with a hollow shaft (8), two externally-fitted horizontally-opposed cylindrical tubes (2) and rack (5) linked pistons (4). Each cylinder is closed by a cap (3), and fittings supply compressed air to the chamber between the two pistons (4). The cross-piece linking the two pistons incorporates a wedge (7). Compressed air is alternately introduced into the chamber between the piston (4) and cap (3).
