PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce influences caused by a package parasite by giving positive feedback for maintaining desired oscillation via additional lead for a package in an electronic circuit. SOLUTION: In an electronic circuit, positive feedback for maintaining desired oscillation is given via additional lead for a package. For this voltage-controlled oscillator, a positive feedback circuit is formed by connecting NPN transistors B1 and B2. However, the interconnection of capacitative is brought about from the outside of an IC via a separate lead and connection formed outside. More specifically, the collector of the transistor B1 is connected to a LEAD1 through a PAD1, and the base of the transistor B2 is connected to a LEAD2 through a PAD2. The connection between the LEADs1 and 2 is formed by the outside of an IC package, and accordingly, the influence of package parasite is reduced. |
