PURPOSE: A system and method for offering realtime information and situation information simultaneously based on the network are provided to extract the information that corresponds to a certain situation, to simultaneously supply the real time information and the situation information, and to immediately suggest the prospected result of the certain situation. CONSTITUTION: A server(101) is connected to a computer(107) for a user(105) and a terminal(113) of a broadcasting station server(111) via network(109). The server(111), connected to a web server(115) and a database(117) of the situation information, includes a module(103) for supplying the situation information. The module(103) receives the information as to various situations, which is inputted from the terminal(113) or stored in the server(111). The module(103) stores the received situation information in the database(117). When the user(105) requests the situation information similar to the certain situation, the stored situation information is extracted and then provided to the user(105).
