PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a fixing part from becoming a hindrance, when a coil bobbin for constituting a vehicle horn is fixed to a case body. SOLUTION: A cylindrical through-hole 1g projecting to the opening side of a case is formed on a second bottom surface part 1c of a case body, an attaching hole 4i is provided on a case attaching piece 4e of a coil bobbin 4, and the attaching hole 4i is fitted around the cylindrical through-hole 1g. The through-tip part of the cylindrical through hole 1g is bent to the hole peripheral edge side of the attaching hole 4i to form a bent piece part 1i, the bent piece part is fitted to a large-diameter hole part 4j formed on the hole end of the attaching hole 4i, and the attaching hole 4i is fixed so as to be pinchedly held between the second bottom surface part 1c and the bent piece part 1i.
