PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent deviation by temperature and deterioration of a voltage detection part and enable to detect an accurate cell voltage. SOLUTION: The battery management system 1 containing a plurality of cells CELL 1 to CELL 40 and a plurality of cell relays 111_1 to 111_40 each coupled with the plurality of cells, includes a voltage detection part 116 with an off-time reference voltage Vref of the plurality of cell relays transmitted and generating a second voltage by amplifying a first voltage corresponding to the reference voltage by gain. It is structured to contain a sensing part 10 measuring a temperature A of the voltage detection part, and an MCU 20 calculating an effective gain corresponding to a ratio of the second voltage to the reference voltage when the temperature of the voltage detection part is included in a critical temperature range, so that cell voltage of the battery is detected by using the calculated effective gain corresponding to the temperature change of the voltage detection part.
