SOLUTION: The substrate structure may include a substrate, and an intermediate film including a chemical structure represented by Formula 1, which is formed on the substrate (wherein R1is alkyl or aryl group, R2is alkyl or aryl group, and R1and R2are coupled with the substrate directly or via an immobilization layer by X).
