PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cord excellent in fatigue resistance by decreasing friction of unvulcanized rubber with guide components in a twisting machine, wherein unvulcanized rubber is protruded from spaces between sheath filaments forming the cord. SOLUTION: The cord is provided by disposing a sheath having a plurality of filaments, around a core having one or more filaments, wherein an unvulcanized rubber coating layer is formed between the core and the sheath and an oil coating layer is formed on the peripheral surface of the unvulcanized rubber coating layer.
