Fashioning device includes an elongate rod, a support member including a lower portion and an upper portion rotatable relative to the lower portion and which is movably mounted on the rod at the upper portion, at least one fashioning member movably mounted on the rod and that includes a rotatable or fixed fashioning tool, such as a cutting blade, and a handle movably mounted on the rod. By manually turning the handle around the support member while applying pressure to the handle, the fashioning tool of each fashioning member acts on the substrate, e.g., cuts the substrate. The handle may be a one-part handle or a two-part handle. The two-part handle is designed to enable manual pressure to be applied against the support member and a rotational force to be applied to the rod at a distance from the support member.
