In an example, healthcare information system data may be extracted or accessed for use in a front-end user interface (e.g., accessed before any services have been provided). Electronic operations for transformation and processing of healthcare transaction data may include performing on-demand scoring to enable appropriate front-end payment collection strategies for patient access to a healthcare transaction (e.g., scheduling, registration, pre-authorization) with a healthcare provider. An interface may be provided that can guide or direct use of the front-end payment collection using propensity-to-pay (PTP) scoring, for example by personnel of the provider. The interface may enable receiving an estimate of future visit charges and present one or more PTP scores based on a balance or estimate for a guarantor.

A computer system, comprising: memory circuitry; processor circuitry; and a storage medium including instructions that, when executed by the processor circuitry and memory circuitry of the computer system, implement a plurality of engines in the computer system, the plurality of engines comprising: a data extraction engine, adapted to generate data for a predictive data evaluation, with operations to: receive a transaction estimate data record from an estimation system, wherein the transaction estimate data record includes a data value that represents an estimate for a prospective transaction between a human subject and a service provider; receive an evaluation data record from a data analysis system, wherein the evaluation data record includes a plurality of characteristics uniquely generated for the human subject related to the prospective transaction; and generate a prospective transaction data record for the prospective transaction, wherein the prospective transaction data record is established at a time of generation of a user-interactive graphical user interface, and wherein the prospective transaction data record is based on the plurality of characteristics and requirements of the service provider; an application engine, adapted to generate the user-interactive graphical user interface and process interaction with the user-interactive graphical user interface, with operations to: output information for the prospective transaction for the human subject, using the transaction estimate data record; output multiple selection options that are uniquely generated to the human subject, using the prospective transaction data record; receive an indication of a selected transaction option from among the multiple selection options, wherein the selected transaction option is associated with defined characteristics of a second prospective transaction; update the graphical user interface to output a confirmation of the selected transaction option and details of the second prospective transaction, in response to receipt of the indication of the selected transaction option; and transmitting an indication of the selected transaction option to a processing system, to enable subsequent performance of the second prospective transaction.
