PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To execute idling stop of an engine also during a vehicle deceleration in addition to a vehicle stop.SOLUTION: A power supply control apparatus (50) includes: first calculation means (112) for calculating a stoppage time ratio that is a time ratio of vehicle stoppage, on the basis of a travel history of the vehicle; second calculation means (112) for calculating a stop-possible time ratio that is a ratio of a sum of time in which idling-stop control has been permitted during vehicle deceleration and time of the vehicle stoppage on the basis of the travel history; and estimation means (50) for estimating a power amount related to the idling-stop control on the basis of the stop-possible time ratio in a case where the idling-stop has been permitted during the vehicle deceleration, or estimating the power amount on the basis of the stoppage time ratio in a case where no idling-stop control has been permitted during the vehicle deceleration.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 |
