PURPOSE:To raise a compression degree by a compact structure and to increase calorific value by maintaining the pulverizing and kneading capacities for waste as in the past and transferring waste by a terminal wall and/or a guide plate in the short shaft side which is tilted or curved from the short shaft side of one side of a pair of shafts fitted with screw blades to a long shaft side of other side. CONSTITUTION:The pulverizing treating material pressed into an opening (c), especially granular material is pulverized more finely by hand mill action of both an oblique groove 16c of the mutually opposed compression bodies side and the side groove of a liner. The intermediate treating material is pulverized considerably finely in a stage in which it is passed through a compressing body 16 and moisture is evaporated. The pulverized material is moderately dehydrated and fed to a second screw body 17 of a third block 11c in a molten state and supplied to a guide plate 20a and a perforated plate 20 while being kneaded and extruded as a rodlike solid material from a through-hole 22. Thereby, fusion of waste plastic material is promoted more efficiently and a solidified material is produced. |
