PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To protect cables from sticking of paint and melting and hardening or the like of a covering by the sticking by simplifying a structure of a joint part, and respectively covering the cables exposed from this joint part with covers. SOLUTION: A joint part is constituted by connecting a first arm 7 and a second arm 10 to an output shaft of a motor through a first flange 15 and a second flange 16. Cables 18 and 19 exposed in this joint part are respectively covered with covers C1 and C2, and lower end parts of these covers are installed on the upper end of the first arm 7 by screws 26A and 26B. A freely slidable labyrinth mechanism part 25 or a sealing material is arranged between the covers and the second arm 10. |
