<p>Conveying device for transporting powdered or granular material such as mortar from a storage container (1) through a hose (3) to a consumer (2) comprises a compressor (4) producing compressed air for transporting the material, a shut-off valve (10) between the storage container and the hose, and a time switch element. When the shut-off valve is closed the time switch element controls further transport of the transporting air over a specified period. The storage container is connected to the hose via a line (5) and opens into the front of the shut-off valve. A valve is arranged in the line. An Independent claim is also included for a process for transporting powdered or granular material from a storage container through a hose to a consumer using compressed air. Preferred Features: A pressure-monitoring device (18), e.g. a pressure switch, in the hose closes the shut-off valve when a specified maximum pressure is exceeded.</p> |
