A device for controlling traffic comprises a base strip 1 of flexible material adapted to rest on the ground, and a plurality of flexible bollard units 3, spaced along the strip and adapted to extend upwardly therefrom when the strip rests on the ground, such that the device may be formed into a roll in which the bollard units lie generally parallel to the strip and may be unrolled such that the strip extends along the ground and the bollard units extend upwardly therefrom. The bollard units are mounted on flexible spacer units 4. The bollard units can lie parallel to the strip through the action of a spring device. |
