PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate chilliness at the window and to enhance interior heating effect. SOLUTION: A sheet-like heating element sandwiching an electric resistance 12 between two plate glass 11 and 11 is used as window glass 10. An electric resistant thin film having a heat-ray reflecting function or a light transmissive electric resistant thin film is used as the electric resistance 12. This sheet-like heating element can be used for a glass door and a partition of a bathroom. The interior of a room is supplementally heated by radiation heat generated from a perpendicular of a building.
