<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for coating colloidal particles and an apparatus for reading reflected waves by utilizing reflection of interference waves with the colloidal particles and to keep the reflected waves outside the range of visible light. <P>SOLUTION: A colloidal particle arranged body 1 is obtained by including colloidal particles 3 in a colloidal particle-containing material 2.
