Disclosed is a multilayer laminate containing a laminate (I)/(II) which is obtained by directly bonding a layer (I) with a layer (II) by thermal lamination or the like. The layer (I) is composed of a fluororesin (A) having a functional group (a), and the layer (II) is composed of a thermoplastic resin (B) having a functional group (b) which is capable of forming a chemical bond by reacting with the functional group (a) of the fluororesin. This multilayer laminate is characterized in that the fluororesin (A) has a low melting point of 120-230°C. Examples of such a multilayer laminate may include a multilayer laminate having a layer obtained by directly bonding a layer (I) composed of a fluororesin (A) containing an acid anhydride residue (such as a tetrafluoroethylene/ethylene/hexafluoropropylene/ (perfluorobutyl)ethylene/itaconic anhydride copolymer) with a layer (II) composed of an amine-modified thermoplastic resin (B) (such as a polyurethane modified with a silane coupling agent containing an amino group). This multilayer laminate is excellent in interlayer adhesion and productivity.
