PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily independently attach/detach a cleaning member for cleaning a belt member separately from the belt member without damaging the belt member when performing the maintenance care of the cleaning member. SOLUTION: A guide rail groove 75 through which a guide projection 73 is inserted is formed on a first guide rail 72a. When a belt cleaner 10a is separated from an intermediate transfer belt 10, the guide projection 73 passes through the guide rail groove 75 and is fit in the first guide rail 72a. After the belt cleaner 10a is separated from the intermediate transfer belt 10, the guide projection 73 is made to slide along the first guide rail 72a so as to attach/detach the belt cleaner 10a.
