摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell unit manufacturing method solving the problem of softening an electrolyte film under a high temperature atmosphere in injection molding or the like to induce ready formation of a gas cross leak passage by a simply improved manufacturing method. <P>SOLUTION: The fuel cell unit manufacturing method includes: the first step of adjusting the content of water in the electrolyte film 1; the second step of containing a cell laminate 10 in a molding die K; and the third step of injecting a resin into the molding die K of the high temperature atmosphere to mold a gasket, thereby forming a fuel cell unit. At the first step, the content of water in the electrolyte film 1 is adjusted so that the temperature of the electrolyte film 1 does not exceed its glass softening temperature by heat absorption occurring when evaporating moisture contained in the electrolyte film 1 to steam at the temperature in the molding die K at the third step, and the content of water in the electrolyte film 1 is adjusted so that the total volume of air holes in the laminate 10 becomes equal to or higher than the total volume of the steam. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
