PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing system that allows a snapshot image to be arranged at a position in a base region or the like in a still image when overlappingly displaying the snapshot image of a moving image and the still image. SOLUTION: A display means of the image processing system displays the still image and the moving image moving on the still image. A snapshot designation means performs designation for generating the snapshot image of the moving image, displayed by the display means, with an operator's operation. A snapshot image generation means generates the snapshot image of the moving image, displayed by the display means, with the designation performed by the snapshot designation means.
