A method for constructing an erosive prevention layer is provided to fix plant stably and prevent erosion caused by the velocity of a moving fluid. A method for constructing an erosive prevention layer comprises the following steps of: forming a ditch on a lower part of a construction area and forming a leveling surface on the rest construction area(S100); coating the leveling surface with a plurality of double raschel textiles(S200); fixing the double raschel textiles on the leveling surface by putting a plurality of fixing pins on an end part and a connection part of the double raschel textiles(S300); filling the nature of the soil including soil or sand(S400); and nursing the plant on an upper part of the soil(S500).
