The present invention relates to a cooling control method. According to an embodiment of the present invention, a cooling control method is performed by a rolling device with a plurality of water boxes. The cooling control method comprises: a step of receiving an input of first no-water cooling information of the first water box; and a step of calculating second no-water cooling information of the second water box by reflecting an elongation percentage obtained by rolling a wire to the no-water cooling information. The purpose of the present invention is to provide the cooling control method capable of accurately cooling water even though a change occurs.
