PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film separation device which enables simplification of a pallet structure and separates a lid material from a film.SOLUTION: A film separation device 12 includes: a bent plate 121A which is provided at the upper side of a main pallet MP and pushed at a portion different from a lid material of a film to restrict upward movement of the film; and a push-up mechanism 121B which is provided at the lower side of the main pallet MP and pushes up a container C1 by inserting a rod-like body 121B2 into a housing part MP1 of the main pallet MP from the lower surface side to separate the lid material from the film.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 41 |
