PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To protect the pressure applying part of a mover in a vibration driver against concentration of stress, fracture or creeping. SOLUTION: The vibration driver comprises a vibrator 1 being excited through electromechanical energy conversion, and a mover 14 being driven through pressure contact with the vibrator 1. The mover 14 comprises a part 2 touching the vibrator 1, an external output part 6, and a pressing part 5' extending in the direction intersecting the touching direction of the touching part 2 (radial direction of the touching part 2 when it is formed into a ring touching the vibrator 1 in the axial direction) and coupling the touching part 2 with the output part 6 and generating a pressing force. Thickness of the pressing part 5' is increased gradually in the pressing direction from the intermediate part (radial direction) of the pressing part 5' toward the touching part 2 and the output part 6. |
