PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To change registration content with a simple operation by rewriting registration content of a one operation dial registration content storing means to registration content of an abbreviated dial registration content storing means, corresponding to a specified copy source abbreviated number. SOLUTION: A system controlled part 6 calculates the address of a record that corresponds to a one operation key number or an abbreviated number which is designated and stores it in an RAM 8 when an exchange source specification input from a one operation key group or a ten key is completed. And when an exchange destination specification input from the one operation key group or a ten key is completed, the part 6 calculates the address of a record that corresponds to a one operation key number or a compacted number which is designated and stores it in the RAM 8. Further, after the code content of an exchange destination address is read, temporarily stored in the RAM 8 and saved, the record content of an exchange source address is read and written in the exchange destination address, and the record content of the exchange source address stored in the RAM 8 is read and written in the exchange source address.
