PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inform an extension terminal of a busy state of a cordless mobile set by conducting quick and proper processing, in the case that a call is made from the extension terminal to the cordless mobile set by means of a system cordless service in a business establishment. SOLUTION: In the case that an extension terminal 505 sends an extension call to a cordless mobile set 501 while the cordless mobile set 501 is busy with an outside line terminal, a call control process circuit 517 extracts an extension number, a terminal number conversion circuit 518 obtains a semi-public cordless mobile set (PS) number with respect to an extension number. The call control process circuit 517 inquires of a semi-public terminal management circuit 520 about the PS number corresponding to the extension call based on the number, and a management circuit 520 confirms whether or not the PS number is registered as the busy PS number to a management memory 521. The management circuit 520 replies to the call control process circuit 517, which conducts a busy state processing to the calling extension terminal, in the case that the number is registered in the management memory 521 as the busy state number.
