The invention provides for an improved Garden Pot Holder which is used for supporting and elevating garden pots. The invention is comprised of a supporting ring with L shaped extensions on either side, and a U shaped frame with two Key Hole shaped hol es at either end of the U. The L shaped extensions insert into the Key Hole shaped holes allowing the ring to rotate within the U shaped frame. When the Pot Holder is being stored the ring rests parallel to the U shaped frame. When the Pot Holder is in use, th e ring rotates and locks into place perpendicular to the frame, allowing a Garden Pot to be placed and supported inside the ring. The invention can either be mounted on a stake to elevate the Garden Pot above the ground, or be mounted on an extension arm to be mounted on a fence or wall.
