PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems that static electricity may be generated in a flexible substrate when the flexible substrate slides in a flexible casing by rotation of a rotation part, as a result, an unexpected failure that wiring of the flexible substrate causes electrostatic breakdown, etc. may be caused, furthermore, there are many cases in which plastic material such as POM is used for the flexible casing in order to obtain slidability, it is hard to form a conduction path to the ground and there are many cases in which a potential of the flexible substrate in the flexible casing becomes an unstable state. SOLUTION: This imaging apparatus is constituted by providing the rotation part including a camera unit, a driving means for performing pan rotation of the rotation part, a fixing part electrically connected to the camera unit by a flexible cable and the flexible casing which restricts the circumference of the cable to helically store the cable and in which the flexible casing has a sheet having slidability and conductivity inside.
