The invention relates to the by-product coking industry, in particular to constructions of a coke dry quenching plant. The coke dry quenching plant contains lengthener, which is situated at the beginning of integrating manifold, and has an air opening in its bottom part with the possibility of regulation of its cut, and a hole for integration of trains for discharge of gas excess after smoke exhauster and from fore hearth, and the igniter. The invention provides for the maximal deactivation of emissions of gas excess and dust into environment due to their burning, and increasing of gross yield of coke.
