PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable electronic apparatus capable of suppressing displacement of an energizing part for securing performance required for a contact terminal part, by forming a movement regulating part that regulates movement of the energizing part for energizing the contact terminal part at a case member. SOLUTION: A cradle 900 includes terminal members 300a, b having feeder terminals 721a, b that are arranged inside a case 800 consisting of case members 800A, B to protrude into the outside of the case 800 through terminal openings 720a, b. The terminal members 300a, b are so configured that they have coil parts 330a, b energizing the feeder terminals 721a, and 721b. At the case members 800A, B, abutting members 810a, b and/or pinching parts 342a, b are formed as a movement regulating part for regulating movement of the coil parts 330a, b.
