The present invention relates to an integral type-exhaust heat recovery and exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) system, comprising: a warm-up catalyst (WCC) mounted between an internal combustion engine and an exhaust pipe to allow exhaust gas to primarily be purified; an EGR system formed between the exhaust pipe and the internal combustion engine; and a heat exchanger mounted on the rear end of the WCC to recover heat of the exhaust gas. The heat exchanger for recovering exhaust heat is used as an EGR cooler for cooling exhaust gas re-circulated by the EGR system such that an exhaust heat recovery system and the EGR system are integrated, thereby allowing a simplified structure of the entire system.
