A storage battery, comprising a storage battery body (4), a front end cover (7) fastened on a middle cover (5) of the storage battery body (4), and a charging/discharging control circuit board (6) fixed between the front end cover (7) and the middle cover (5), and electrically connected to the storage battery body (4). The storage battery has a discharging/discharging management function.
