PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a configuration which is compact and facilitates assembling work in a laminate type battery covering an electrode body with a laminate film outer package body.SOLUTION: A laminate type battery (1) includes: an electrode body (10); a laminate film outer package body (20) covering the electrode body (10); and an adhesive tape (30) for fixing the electrode body (10) to the laminate film outer package body (20). In the plan view of the laminate film outer package body (20), a part of the adhesive tape (30) is adhered to the electrode body (10), and a portion different from the part is adhered to the laminate film outer package body (20).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
