The invention relates to the by-product coking industry. A method for the final cooling of coke gas is carried out by means of downward gas passing in tube space of vertical shell-and-tube refrigerator, through a tubes of which the cooling water is passing, and aqueous emulsion of resin is supplied in tube space simultaneously with gas and in the same direction, where the aqueous emulsion of resin is supplied at least in two zones of refrigerator, having different height; at that the content of resin in emulsion is 15-20%, and the flux of aqueous emulsion is 0.4-0.5 m/1000 mof gas. The invention allows to improve the process of heat-and-mass transfer at the expense of maintenance of optimal hydraulic resistance by means of exclusion of sedimentation of components on the tubes and tube space. |
