PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic component conveying device capable of suppressing inflow of outside air as much as possible when a worker performs operation for the inside of the device, and an electronic component inspecting device.SOLUTION: An electronic component conveying device comprises: an openable and closable first opening and closing part; a first rotation support part rotatably supporting the first opening and closing part; a second opening and closing part openably and closably provided in the first opening and closing part; a second rotation support part rotatably supporting the second opening and closing part; and a monitor 300 as a notification unit for indicating an open and closed state of each of the first opening and closing part and the second opening and closing part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9 |
