Described is a stator (16) for an electric machine (10), said stator having a stator winding (36) and having an interconnection device (38) that has connection conductors (52a-c) which are electrically connected to winding ends (36a, b). To connect the winding ends (36a, b), the stator (16) has an interconnection device (38) having a plurality of connection conductors (52a-c) which are embedded, such that they are electrically insulated from each other, in a plastic body (54) to form a metal-plastic composite part (56), wherein the connection conductors (52a-c) have winding connection regions (520a-c) which are situated outside of the plastic body (54). It is proposed to provide the plastic body (54) with a trough-like receptacle (55) which contains the winding connection regions (520a-c), wherein the receptacle (55), after the winding ends (36a, b) are connected, can be filled with an encapsulating compound (66) which covers the winding connection regions (520a-c). |
