FIELD: energy.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to power engineering. Device and method of estimating moisture content of steam flow passing through the steam turbine. At least part of steam flow is illuminated with the help of at least one laser unit and a plurality of digital images of the illuminated part of steam flow. Digital images are analysed to measure amount of scattered light in each digital image and comparing the analysis results of each of the digital image for estimation of moisture content of steam flow.EFFECT: higher accuracy of estimating moisture content of steam flow.14 cl, 7 dwg |
