CONSTITUTION:An optical path conversion control part 29 is operated and an optical path converter 27 is put out of an optical path of the laser beam LB1 and the front side of the raw material 3 is irradiated from a nozzle 9 via a bending mirror 17 and a condenser lens 13 with the laser beam LB1 output from a laser beam oscillator 19 and slit cutting in the forward direction is carried out.
