DIFFERENTIAL GEAR HOUSING IN AXLE HOUSING

PURPOSE:To provide a differential gear housing that increases productivity and generates less in wastefulness in terms of material. CONSTITUTION:A differential housing 1 is partitioned off into four elements consisting of a ring part 2 shaped in an almost cylindrical form, whose both ends are opened as making the longitudinal direction into the axial direction, a cover 4 closing one side opening end of this ring part 2, and symmetrical two flange parts 3 to be set to an outer circumference of the ring part 2. After those of respective constituent elements are separately molded, the cover 4 and these symmetrical flange parts 3 are welded to the ring part 2 as being unified in one.
