PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyolefin resin composition having well-balanced processing stability and thermal discoloration resistance. SOLUTION: The polyolefin resin composition contains (A) a polyolefin resin, (B) an antioxidant having a phosphite structure and a hindered phenol structure in the same molecule and (C) a phosphorus-based antioxidant expressed by formula (I) (R<SP>8</SP>is an alkyl, a cycloalkyl, an alkylcycloalkyl, an aralkyl or phenyl; G is an alkyl, phenyl or an aralkyl; and n is an integer of 1-3; 2n R<SP>8</SP>groups may be the same or different).
