<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a one-touch type cap for an aerosol container cap which facilitates a discharging operation for a content upon scrapping the aerosol container and prevents the content from scattering to the surroundings, and to provide an aerosol jetting device. <P>SOLUTION: The cap for the aerosol container is composed of a cap body 11 and a button 12. The cap body 11 is equipped with a fitting part 11d fitting the cap body 11 on the aerosol container 13 on its lower part, a jet opening part 11d and a recessed part 11c for operation are provided on the side part, and a button fitting part 15 into which the button 12 is inserted is equipped. The button 12 can be fitted removably into the fitting part 15. The cap body 11 also has locking means 18c and 19b and 18d and 19a, which lock the button 12 to prevent it from moving upward as the button 12 is inserted upside down into the button fitting part 15.
