<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wire operating tool of excellent operability capable of accurately operating a wire for removing foreign matters inside a blood vessel, and a wire set for removing the foreign matters inside the blood vessel. <P>SOLUTION: The wire operating tool 2 is used by being mounted on a catheter 8 to which the wire 1 for removing the foreign matters inside the blood vessel can be inserted. The wire operating tool 2 comprises a first structure 3 provided with a fixing part 32 for fixing the wire 1 for removing the foreign matters inside the blood vessel and a second structure 4 provided with a connection member 41 to which the proximal end side of the catheter 8 is connected, and has a moving mechanism for moving the first structure 3 and the second structure 4 relatively in the axial direction of the wire 1 for removing the foreign matters inside the blood vessel inserted to the catheter 8. The wire operating tool 2 is configured so as to relatively move the wire 1 for removing the foreign matters inside the blood vessel fixed to the fixing part 32 and the catheter 8 connected to the connection member 41 in the axial direction by the operation of the moving mechanism. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
